White label web design for agencies: The web team behind your agency. Never in front of your client.

Senior designers and developers who work inside your agency, on your email and your hours, at fixed prices you can read before any call. They only change if the scope does.

Sites our team designed and built

    • The HKV Benaras store homepage: two models in silk sarees under the line Fresh Off the Looms, above a row of round collection thumbnails.
    • Two phones showing the EML mobile site: claims management copy on one, a video block and key figures on the other.

White label shouldn't mean cheap, hidden and hopeful.

We run it like the best part of your agency: senior people, working on your hours, at prices you can read before any call, with a written promise to never go near your client.

Our team has designed and built 400+ sites over 6 years, on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, headless and Astro. [CONFIRM: source for 400+]

White label web design services, run like a studio.

Six things we put in writing before your first project, each linked to the policy behind it.

We work inside your agency.
Day 1, you create our account on your domain. We work as name@youragency.com, in your tools.
On time, or a full refund.
Your kickoff doc sets the date. Miss it on our side and the full project fee comes back. [LEGAL]
Never in front of your client.
We never contact, pitch or quote your client, during the project or after it. Affiliates included.
Every price is on the page.
Fixed prices in seven currencies, set mid-market for senior work, so your markup has room. They only change if the scope does.
On your hours.
Your named lead works your business day and, during a project, replies within 2 working hours, your time.
Built as designed.
Checked at 6 breakpoints on real devices, and QA'd by someone who didn't build it.

From brief to handover in five steps.

Every step happens inside your tools, under your name, with a date in writing.

See the full process
  1. Today

Pick a price or book a call.

Most partners start from the price list. If the brief is unusual, a short call gets you a written fixed price and a delivery date.

  2. Before kickoff

Sign, and fund your first project into escrow.

The money sits with the escrow provider, not with us. After your first project, we invoice normally.

    Funds held in escrow

  3. Day 1

You create our account on your domain.

Your lead becomes name@youragency.com and joins your Slack, board and Figma. From here on we're part of your team.

  4. Build

Build and QA, then staging on your subdomain.

Someone who didn't build it checks it against the design at 6 breakpoints before you see it. On time, or a full refund.

Escrow releases as you approve each milestone

  5. Handover

    Hand over under your name.

Docs and walkthrough video in your branding. Code, Figma and every login transfer to you on final payment.

Everything here is shown with written consent from the client. Most of what we build for agencies you'll never see, and that's the point.

  • A laptop on a mossy forest floor showing the Nestable homepage, headed New Way of Building, over a photo of a timber cabin among trees.

    Nestable

Direct client · Web design & development · Geelong, 2025

A modular home builder. Each model got its own page with a floor-plan cutaway and a brochure, the build became one numbered sequence, and every card ends on the same two actions.

  • A desktop monitor on a warm grey background showing the association's homepage, headed Together, advancing workers' compensation, beside a dark card.

    Workers Insurance Association

Direct client · Web design & development · Sydney, 2025

The NSW workers' compensation industry body. One site for members and the public, sorted by task: a single document library, a guided claim form and a plain-language glossary.

  • A phone balanced on a dark rock against a lavender background, showing the Think Integrity services page with orange service cards.

    Think Integrity

Direct client · Web design & development · Melbourne, 2025

A workplace investigations firm. Designed for the phone first, because an HR manager with a complaint on their desk is not browsing: three services as cards, contact always in reach.

  • The Care Trading homepage, headed Navigating Frontiers of Ocean Commerce, floating over an aerial photo of a loaded container ship.

    Care Trading Inc.

Direct client · Web design & development · Newcastle, 2024

An ocean trade and commodities group. The navigation is built around its operating businesses, so a broker or a supplier finds the right division without making a phone call.

We never contact your client. It's in the contract.

Who it covers
StudioPartner and any affiliated company or team member, including every employee or contractor who touches your project.
Why it holds
We work from your agency's email address and inside your tools, so your client only ever sees your name. There's no StudioPartner contact for them to find.
If your client contacts us anyway
We don't discuss the project, we send a polite decline, and we forward the message to you within one business day. We never take over an account, even if your client says they've left you.
How we make it real
Every inbound lead is checked against a register of protected clients before anyone replies.

Questions agencies ask first.

Straight answers on price, process and what your client sees.

All questions

You sell a website to your client under your agency's name, and a partner designs and builds it for you. Your client deals only with you. We never contact them, and nothing we ship carries our name.

Not from us. We work from an email address on your domain and inside your tools, staging runs on your subdomain, and there are no credits in the code or footer. Our Zero-Poach Guarantee means we never contact your client, during the project or after it, with no end date.

Every price is published. A landing page is $550, a 5-page Starter Site is $1,700, and care plans start at $59 per site per month. These are fixed prices you mark up, and they only change if the scope does. See the full list on our pricing page.

We're a distributed studio, and your named lead works your business hours. You'll meet exactly who's on your project on the first call. Our hours by region are on the time zones page.

Yes. Send one landing page, one Figma template or one month of care at the published price. A fixed-price first project is paid through escrow, and if you wouldn't put your name on the result and our fix doesn't change that, you don't pay.

WordPress (including WooCommerce), Shopify, Webflow, custom or headless builds on Next.js, and static sites on Astro. We recommend the one that fits the brief, in writing. We don't sell hosting.

You get the full project fee back. The delivery date is in your kickoff doc, the clock starts when the Ready-to-Start checklist is complete, and it only pauses while we're waiting on you or your client for content, feedback, access or a scope change. [LEGAL]

On day one you create an email account for your lead on your domain, like name@youragency.com, and add them to your Slack, project board and Figma. Every message and commit comes from that account, and you close it when the project ends.

Quote your client today. We'll build it under your name, on time or your money back.

Next: a short brief, then a written fixed price and delivery date. Nothing is charged until you sign the order.
